Keven Liang is a seasoned expert in supply chain security, risk management, and brand protection, with over 17 years of experience spanning across Asia Pacific. He currently serves as the APAC Regional Supply Chain Security Manager at Hewlett-Packard (HP) Singapore, where he leads critical initiatives focused on manufacturer compliance, supplier assessments, logistics audits, and sustainability within HP’s supply chain ecosystem.
Keven is widely recognized for his strategic foresight and operational excellence in securing complex supply chain networks. His leadership has been instrumental in reinforcing HP’s brand protection strategy and ensuring supply chain integrity through the implementation of robust risk mitigation frameworks.
Before joining HP Singapore, Keven played a key role at DHL Express China, where he successfully led the development and execution of sustainability and compliance programs across multiple service sites. His contributions included preparing facilities for TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association) certifications and ensuring alignment with international security standards.
A strong advocate for industry collaboration, Keven served as a Board Member of TAPA Asia Pacific from 2017 to 2021, during which he held leadership roles including Vice Chairman and Treasurer. His tenure was marked by significant advancements in the promotion and adoption of TAPA’s Facility Security Requirements (FSR) and Trucking Security Requirements (TSR), especially in the Greater China region. Currently, Keven continues to support TAPA APAC’s mission through active participation in the China Representative Office, facilitating cooperation between multinational corporations and regional stakeholders. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and TAPA-led webinars, where he shares thought leadership on intermodal transport risks and the application of emerging technologies in supply chain security.
