He currently serves as the Global Head of Physical Security Operations at Dyson Operations Pte Ltd, where he has been instrumental in designing and executing enterprise-level security strategies. His forward-thinking approach has strengthened Dyson’s resilience across markets, with a strong emphasis on aligning global operations with evolving risk landscapes.
Elected to the Board of Directors of TAPA Asia Pacific (APAC) in 2024 as Secretary, Julian plays a central role in shaping the association’s strategic direction and governance. He brings a wealth of operational insight and leadership to the board, contributing to initiatives that enhance supply chain protection and regional security collaboration. His cross-sector experience supports the organization’s mission to elevate standards and drive consistent adoption of risk-based frameworks across Asia Pacific.
Julian has been a strong advocate for the full integration of TAPA’s security standards—including FSR, TSR, GSR, and the newly launched Cyber Security Standard (CSS) 2025 within Dyson’s global security operations. Under his leadership, Dyson became one of the first multinational organizations to adopt TAPA’s full standards ecosystem enterprise-wide, embedding it across multiple geographies and functions. He has also actively supported the development of new training programs and standard implementation toolkits, helping TAPA members and industry peers strengthen compliance, resilience, and operational continuity in increasingly complex environments.
