Felix Li

Felix Li is a seasoned security and risk management expert with over 25 years of experience spanning the supply chain, high-tech, automotive, and food and beverage sectors. Since 2018, he has led the Safety & Security Services function at Starbucks China, overseeing risk management and security operations across the China market. His deep expertise in security, safety, and crisis management gives him a well-rounded perspective from both buyer and vendor standpoints.

As a long-standing member of the Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) since 2002, Felix will serve as the Vice Chairperson of TAPA Asia Pacific (APAC), where he plays a key role in strategic planning and guiding regional initiatives. He has been a driving force in advancing TAPA standards, leading training efforts across multiple countries, including the first Chinese-language session in China. Felix also supported the expansion of the Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program and contributed to the development of new training frameworks as part of the Training Committee during his last board term.

Felix has been instrumental in promoting supply chain resilience and sustainability through his thought leadership and public engagement. At the 2024 Supply Chain Resilience and Sustainability Conference in Shanghai, he moderated a panel on mitigating risks in geopolitically volatile environments. Emphasizing ESG, risk indicators, and best practices, Felix highlighted TAPA’s critical role in equipping members with tools and standards to build robust, sustainable supply chains in an increasingly complex global landscape.
