Who May Use the Name and Logo

The use of the TAPA APAC logo is restricted to authorized members and certified entities within the region. Members are permitted to include the logo in company communications and on both digital and printed materials, provided the usage aligns with TAPA APAC’s guidelines. Any use beyond these authorized purposes is not allowed.

Restrictions on Logo Use

The TAPA APAC logo must always be used in its approved form and should never be altered. This means it cannot be distorted, recolored, stretched, or otherwise modified. Users are expected to maintain the logo’s proportions, approved colors, and minimum size requirements. To ensure accuracy and consistency, logos must only be used as supplied electronically by the TAPA APAC regional office.

Compliance with Branding Standards

All applications of the TAPA APAC name and logo must follow the organization’s branding standards, which define clear space, typography, and correct positioning. Adherence to these standards ensures uniformity and prevents misuse. Furthermore, once a membership or certification ends, any right to use the logo also ends, and its display must be discontinued immediately.

Membership and Certification Badges

TAPA APAC members may display authorized membership badges on official materials such as business cards, letterheads, websites, and brochures. Certified facilities or entities may also use scheme-specific badges like TAPA FSR or TSR, but only while their certification remains valid. Once membership or certification expires, all related logos or badges must be removed without exception.

For Permissions or Clarifications

Organizations seeking to use the TAPA APAC logo should always contact the regional office for guidance. The office provides official electronic files, advice on proper usage, and approval for any purposes outside the standard branding guidelines. Please send us an email to request.
