Fire Breaks Out on Cargo Ship at Hong Kong Container Terminal

A fire broke out on a cargo ship near the Kwai Chung Container Terminal No.9. The fire started while crew members were cooking, causing injuries to two people.

The fire department quickly arrived at the scene after receiving an emergency call, but by that time, the fire had already been extinguished.

The injured crew members were swiftly taken to the hospital in an ambulance for immediate treatment. One of them suffered more severe injuries and was observed wearing burn masks and cling film covering their entire body.

The cause of the incident is currently being investigated.
