Training Process
Your Step-by-Step Guide for the TAPA APAC Training Journey
1. Determine the TAPA Standard of Interest & Training Format
Depending on the TAPA Standard of interest, training is conducted in the following format:

TAPA APAC LMS provides a flexible, innovative and efficient learning experience for members to learn online at their convenience. Members have the freedom to progress through TAPA APAC training modules at their own pace, allowing for a personalized and self-directed learning journey.
LMS Account Validity: 30 calendar days per training slot
2. Determine the Purpose of Training & Assign Staff to Respective Training Course
For Audit and Certification purpose, as well as for Operations, Implementation, Monitoring, Performance Management of TAPA Standard:
FULL Course (FC) includes both AA & ST

3. Training Entitlements
As a form of authorization, only the Primary Management Representative (PMR) is allowed to register the training participants with full details in English only.
Free entitlements based on membership subscription:
- Corporate Lite (CL) – 3 ST and 2 AA slots*
- Corporate Full (CF) – 10 ST and 4 AA slots*
- Enterprise (ENT) – 100 ST and 50 AA slots*
Once the free entitlements are fully utilized, additional charges are applicable per seat as below.
- Standard Technical (ST) – USD 200 per seat*
- Authorized Auditor (AA) – USD 300 per seat*
- Full Course (FC) – USD 500 per seat*
- Non-Member – USD 750 for either Standard Technical, Authorized Auditor or Full
Course - GSR Standard – Member USD 500, Non-Member USD 650
4. Confirmation, Payment & Approval
Three (3) days before the commencement of class, PMR will receive all the individual registration confirmation(s) along with the essential training details (e.g. LMS login credentials/virtual training meeting link/face-to-face training address, training materials, examination instructions and guide) to ensure participants are well-prepared for the upcoming session.
For any registration clarification and payment for additional training seat(s), our training team will reach out to the PMR before the registration confirmation.
5. Attend the Training & Share Your Achievement!
Upon approval and receipt of the training details, please attend the training and pass
the examination. Upon successful completion of the training, certificates will be issued
from the TAPA APAC blockchain system within 14 working days from the date of
passing the examination. We recommend you share your achievements on social media
platforms and tag us!
